What we'll do together

Family caregiving for Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia is full of quiet, complicated emotions. Guilt shows up often — and it rarely gets talked about. Over three Sundays, we'll sit with it together, in a small circle of peers who genuinely understand.

  • Peer conversations grounded in lived caregiving experience.
  • Evidence-informed reflections drawing from psychology and neuroscience of caregiver wellbeing.
  • Gentle practices for self-compassion — small, doable, no homework.
  • Space to hear the two words caregivers most need: me too.

PiaPia is a nonprofit community, and this program is completely free thanks to volunteers, researchers, and family caregivers who believe no one should carry this alone.
