Two free online gatherings for family caregivers of people living with Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia. Come to either one, or both. Any country, any age.

Language Exchange & Free Talk

We'll have an hour to chat, meet people from different countries, and practice English, Japanese, or whatever languages we happen to speak. You definitely don't need to be good at another language to join.

We can talk about food, hobbies, our countries, what we've been doing lately… really anything. And no, we don't have to talk about caregiving the whole time haha.

September 24 · With a psychologist

Accepting Difficult Emotions

For our second meetup, Astrid will be joining us. She has a PhD in Psychology from King's College London, and some of you may already know her from PiaPia.

Caregiving comes with all kinds of feelings, and they're not always easy to deal with or even explain. Astrid will lead some exercises, and then we'll talk together about how we deal with those emotions and how we can learn to accept them.

As always, you don't have to share anything you don't want to. It's completely okay to come and listen too.
